Patient Preparation: 1. Complete 4 hours of fasting is required (plain water is allowed). 2. S. Creatinine (blood reports) are required. (it should be within normal limits). The reports should not be older than a month. 3. Not to pass urine for about 30-45 minutes before the scan. 4. One attendant must be present with patient. 5. Patient to carry prescription & previous records (if any). 6. Please have all the prescribed medicines that you are taking on a regular basis with water at the designated time. 7. In case of CECT Lower / Whole Abdomen - Oral contrast (2 litre) will be given to patient, which needs to be consumed within 2 hours. 8. In case of CECT KUB / Urography - No oral contrast will be given, patients need to drink plain water before the scan)
